Hi kalchavulcha.
I am still on my property, the council officer's obviously don't want to know about common law and have berried their heads in the sand. I still have a bit further to go to establish my position with them but I'll get there and then I can fully explain what's been going on.

The latest news is I've gone through their courts starting with magistrates and with the help of LN and BA who know how to deal with courts and the judges, the magistrates couldn't get anywhere with me, then I asked to continue at crown court where I could have a real judge. I went there two times before having a jury trial, the jury trial was not done fairly, I asked for evidence of jurisdiction over me and the council never provided it, only 3 pages of my 68 pages of evidence were allowed for the jury to see, and even time I started to say anything that would show that I was in the right the jury were sent out. The judge admitted that he didn't have the power to order me to move off the mobile, all he can do is give me a fine as it's all about making money. The jury really had no choice but to find me guilty as they hadn't been allowed to hear my side, the judge gave me 3 months to move the mobile off site so he might give me a smaller fine, I have no intention of moving off so will be collecting the fine in January. I have already put in for an appeal and will be making a claim against this unfair trial at a later date. I am still living here and have no intention of ever being moved off. This court process was expected and is part of the exercise I/we have to go through to get to the other side. I had a number of people who are also using common law to live on their farms come and support me at court where they could learn from my trial and act as witnesses to the fraud that was carried out there if needed. There are a number of people who are also going through the court process the same as me so I'm not doing this alone. I am feeling very much empowered having got through this system and I won't stop till they leave me in peace
