Hi All.

Well it's been about 3 months since I burst on to the F2F scene proper, and it has been an eventful and interesting 3 months. My main Topic was and is, " A must read..." Which is now at well over 4000 views. It would seem it has a lot of you very interested in reclaiming your authority and your Rights and how the system works and is set up.

It has been an amazing experience for me personally to see my research and study in to Law and Rights get received so warmly and picked up and ran with by quite a few members here. You are all aware of Ronnies new journey in to Common Law territory and she's is keeping you all informed as to how that story pans out. It WILL be a brilliantly fascinating ride, so strap in and watch her regain her Authority in front of your very eyes. There'll be ups and downs but it's where Ronnie finishes that's important. You've also seen Contract Law in full effect when just one Notice from me saw "Tottenham" agree with his Power company a new transformer and electrical supply to his land - all done for free of course!! There are other members whose stories are equally if not more interesting yet to be told, and as I've hinted at before, they will I'm sure be telling you all on this forum in their own words when the time is right.

Now I'm not one to rest on my laurels and I intend to keep marching forward and assisting others with their plans to live on their land in a peaceful manner benefitting their families and communities. With that in mind I fully intend to launch a new forum/website and possibly combine it with the launch of my PDF. It's still only in the planning stages right now but my gut feeling is it will be a closed forum only available to subscribers for an annual donation. That donation will entitle you to discounted 'Notices', discount to law seminars held by me and or my business partner and others..whereupon these topics and more would be discussed in the flesh and you can meet me and other members for a chat etc, AND subscription would automatically entitle you to my PDF/Book for no extra cost,

There will also be NEW sections covering other big topics (as well as obviously planning). Other new topics that subscribers will get lawful assistance and help with will most likely include
Help advice with Credit cards - Contract law
Help advice on Bank loans - Contract law

To name a few big ones.

I envisage it running in a similar way to this forum. Administrated by myself initially then as other members become more knowledgeable they in turn will also help the newbies so word will spread and so will the common law.

I believe there will be nothing else quite like it. There may be other forums covering single issues but this will cover a range that will help every individual and also have remedy for court situations you may already be embroiled with.

No other forums are offering the end solution, the help where it matters; Court.
Obviously subscribers to such a forum would have access to the documents that will help you avoid Court in the first place but it's nice to have peace of mind.

Now the reason for posting this topic is to find out if there is a genuine demand for such a forum/website, so let me know if it is something that you would be interested in subscribing to.... Also I need you to help me to come up with a great name for it so I'm open to names for it... Field to farm is a perfect name that describes perfectly what it's all about. Your challenge is to come up with one for 'our' site. I need to know there is a demand for such a new site before I invest heavily my time and money setting it up. I told you you are at the cutting edge of change, well now's your chance to get involved if you wish to, so do let me know via private message on this site, email: [email protected] or by simply posting below on this Topic.

I'm not intending to go in to competition with F2F. Admin has been brilliant and I don't intend upsetting that relationship. I will still be a participant here..The two can complement each other perhaps?

If you'd like to show your interest but remain anonymous that is perfectly fine by me.

Hi Lumpnuggin

You  have indicated that you avoid FMOTL completely but much of what you argue  seems pretty similar to me. How does it differ?

Hi Wiseowl

I have just read your link. I will say this. I don't really know what FMOTL means or stands for nor have I researched them or am I a member of their group or organisation (as the link points to)

I do agree with what is stated in the link with regards to Statutes however, because that is FACTUALLY CORRECT, as I have pointed out in my other topic "a must read.." do you have evidence to the contrary? I'm very interested to hear your views. Better still if you can explain to me what FMOTL is or stands for then I can rebut or agree to your points

All the best

"Freemen on the land" are a loose group of people who claim that all statute law is contractual, and that such law is applicable only if an individual consents to be governed by it. They believe that they can therefore declare themselves independent of government jurisdiction, holding that the only "true" law is their particular interpretation of the term "common law".

This  seems to be the  basis for your approach too, or if not can you please explain the difference ?  Many thanks.

I will look up the definition of the word Freeman and see what that says.

I'm not sure if you're asking if I am a Freeman. Or if I agree with the definition of a Freeman or if I agree that Statutes are contractual.

I would disagree with the word "group" as it implies an organisation or something similar. But Statutes ARE consensual. We are "policed by consent" are we not? Most people have heard of that saying yet don't truly know what it means. Well that IS what it means. As I said I cannot differ from that quote because it is factual. That is a fact. It is true.

Now I can fully answer your question... I am not a slave, so yes I am a Freeman
After looking at the definitions from Blacks Law Dictionary 4th & 8th Editions you can CLEARLY see an Act or Statute is voluntary and ONLY acquires the 'Force of the Law' if consented to. Contracted with.

"The contract makes the law" - a maxim of law

I hope now I have fully and comprehensively answered and cleared up those points

Also I'm happy to have this discussion but not particularly on this particular Topic. These points have been previously made and answered on the Topic "a must read..."

This is specifically for ideas and thoughts on a new forum / website for those who might be interested in exploring the law further and to help them live on their own land.

No problem. As we are both in agreement of that I will ask Boiow or Admin to move these posts to that topic.

Many thanks

BOIOW OR ADMIN PLEASE CAN YOU KINDLY MOVE THIS THREAD TO "a must read..." And delete the bit Wiseowl has tried to copy there. Thanks for the 'tidy up'

Much appreciated

I think it's a great way forward so I would be fully behind you on this common law site. The information to help people regain control on their lives is so important at this time with our government, banks and many large corporations trying control us more and more.
