contd from last post.... therefore I was able to make a case that it was essential to be on site 24 hrs as these horses needed round the clock checks and care.

I've got a livery yard, and that would not normally be a case to be allowed to live on site, so I chose to develop part of the yard (about 12 boxes) as a specialist livery yard stabling injured horses. Injured horses invariably have to be cross tied (if they've suffered breaks) and as all of them are kept stabled 24 hrs they are more at risk from colic and getting cast, therefore contd.

Hi
I've seen some of the posts you have sent - and it has got us thinking. In an ideal world we would like to have horses as our main interest, and this was the first I heard about an equestrian tie.. can you give some more detail about the process you went through? thx

Hi Sodbuster,
To reply to forum you have to scroll right down and your'll see the 'Post Reply' button down there (it is a bit tricky to find I know).
Regarding your building, if it is already a construction permanently fixed then you should have no requirement to ask planners about repairing it.

Hi surreydodger.Regarding buying less than the 12-5 acres and repairing an existing building.I have seen some land with existing buildigs on them but the largest is 7mts x 7mts but has been thrown up with oversite concrete floor and tin walls and roof.Would this come within the criteria of an existing building to repair.(cant work out how to reply to topics on forum?
Thanks a million.
