I am trying to work out how to upgrade my membership. I have the book already and thought I needed to contact admin to upgrade but don't know how I do this. Could someone please advise. Thanks

I am a book owner but trying desperately to get upgraded account access - admin@fieldtofarm is returned mailer daemon and not allowed to pm any other admin or moderator because not registered as a book owner. I'm pulling my hair out. I have the last word on page 2.
