Hi to everyone, if you can read this please help me. I am a book owner but trying desperately to get upgraded account access - admin@fieldtofarm is returned mailer daemon and not allowed to pm any other admin or moderator because not registered as a book owner. I'm pulling my hair out. I have the last word on page 2.     did you manage to get in? I've bought the book, but also bewildered by this site. Am I missing something?
