Hi, I wonder if anyone has had issues with overage clauses? We are in the process of purchasing a converted barn and during the search it found the clause 13.1. It is valid for 60 years from the original date of April 2000. Does anyone know if this clause can be lifted?
We may in future want to request planning permission to convert the double garage which would trigger the clause even if we didn't go ahead with it. Its so annoying as this was never declared when we had our offer ac...
