Hi,
The big question from me is, "does the F2F guide book work for Scotland". I am in the process of gaining over 14 acre of woodland with 5 acre of young growth which has not been planted well and needs sorting as well as thinning (which I'm told is a must do), but has several large open areas (woodland glens) to enable location of log cabin and animals. The remaining 9 plus acres is well stocked with mature firs and is also open to thinning (according to the forester). There's my Pole Barn.
Mains power is poled nearby and water mains are also close.

Hi - if you do a search for Scotland in the whole of the community forum you will find out how the F2F system works in Scotland. It may well however, be that you must be classed as a book owner before you can access the relevant information. All you need to do is pm a moderator with the appropriate password which in this case is the last word on page 2.

Hi Cornish Gem,
Have both the Green backed original book and the Red covered book which contains the Green covered literature in the front section and the earning pennies in the back. Word on P2 begins with C and ends with S. Have actually spoke to David after reading the Green cover book. Will do a search as suggested.

MC - We are pleased for you. If you have any other queries which relate to something that is in the book please would you put it into one of the Planning Permission Advice Forums which are for use by those of us who have purchased a copy of the book.
