Think it needs to be separate as although it is indeed used as a tool to warrant living on the land,my point is that if you are genuine you will indeed need for it to be viable in order to live off of the land,and not on savings or a healthy pension fund.Many people will not have been self employed before or appreciate the actual variable costs involved.There are a few members on here that are actually doing this and maybe if asked specific advise will be able to help.This thread will only expand depending on the depth of the questions asked,am not proposing putting plans together for anyone just asking people to think about their businessHi, would you see this as a subforum to 'functional needs tests' called business or a new parent forum?
