Can anyone please tell me if it is written down somewhere what the SMDs are for various animals, etc. Piglet

The above is just an example! But would it be possible to pin a post somewhere listing all the relevant abbreviations we are using on this site? AWD, PD etc... I know most are common sense but for new members and the occasional memory lapse (or in my case frequent ) it would be really helpful.

Perhaps the list could be done in a similar way in which you did the list for Estate Agents, ie, alphabetically, and perhaps also in a prominent position, ie, easily spotted.

Suggest the moderation team create a new topic called abbreviations in the general chat area and makes it 'pinned' so it stays on top.

Then adds abbreviations alphabetically to the list.

If you get enough information in there I'll put an advert somewhere more prominent telling people that this list exists while they browse the site.

How much information do you think would be enough?  We only ask because we think the list is beginning to look good thanks to all the input.
