Hello everyone

I have an unexpected change in my personal situation and may have to sell my land.
11.61acres with 2 brick buildings close to road in need of repair. ( one a former small cottage)
Already some way down F2F route
Planted 5 acres with native woodland plus 30 tree orchard 3 years ago
hardstanding for large cabin or caravan
New low maintenance sewage treatment plant installed
Mains water connected
No mains electricity or gas - I planned to use wood burning ray burn for heat hot water and cooking - large log store
Already rebuilt part of brick buildings to house elec generator
Long road footage with lots of passing traffic - potential for one of buildings to convert to farm shop
Security palisade fencing and gate recently installed
