Having purchased and read through your book it is very nice to have a book that is in 'plain language' and easy to follow!
Would you be kind enough to assist on the following:
1 The size of the dwelling � how is this determined/tested/justified � what are the guidelines - is it against income or number people employed
2 The time for which a �mobile� dwelling is allowed to be on site � is this a maximum of 5 years
3 How can you change the dwelling from temporary to permanent and build a traditional dwelling
4 If part of your holding is woodland can you use part of the barn for producing wood craft products
