We have been accepted by the caravan and camping club to have a 5 caravan site. In Dave's book, it suggests putting the toilets/showers in the agricultural building however its a little far from the campsite. Would we require planning permission to put a toilet/shower block in the campsite field? If we do require planning permission (which we think would be difficult in our case), can we get around this by making it a mobile unit? - i.e. on wheels or skids. Thanks.
