Hi, just wondered whether it is possible to do what is described in field to farm in a national park in a field without article 4 direction?
would the planners just make life more difficult or maybe not allow planning for the house even when you have proved the 3 criteria?
Thanks, James ;D

Hi The planners would make life very difficult in a national park to do anything, however if you did meet the criteria you would be allowed to build a dwelling.

Thanks Dave, Ive found a nice bit of land in a National Park but Im also looking at a piece elsewhere which is for sale by auction next month so I think I'll go for that one first.
