Hi All,
Latest info from NFU states farm incomes are down by 13%. 25% earn less than £20000 and 8% earnt nothing most rely on farm diversification projects. Good to quote to LPAs who are inflating the income requirement for viability. I am beginning to think the minimum wage would be acceptable to appeal process and what I will base my business plan on. On reading various appeals there are enough examples of LPAs using this figure to discredit others who are using higher figures as an obstacle.
