Hi all - if you are in real trouble can I suggest that you have a word with Clive Miller http://www.clivemillerassociates.com/ - he has helped me enormously and even though his website doesn't actually state that he does agricultural "challenges", he advises in a smallholders magazine. On his website click on Projects heading and you will see a couple of our type of oddities! He has sent me his rates and for a couple of hours just to work out your navigation plan it might be worth a shot.
