I thought maybe some christmas trees or chickens/turkeys to supplement it and use the soil and for the christmas trees thanks argain for all your help....

Hi jenks2000,
Welcome to the forum. If you are looking to build a house and use worm farming as the main enterprise you are unlikely to pass the functionality test. Christmas trees are also a non starter and is difficlt to prove functional need for chickens/turkeys. Pigs and Alpacas appear to be the best bet at present.
