Is it possible to set up and maintain a kennel/cattery on the land? What sort of permission would be needed for buildings etc and would this count as a main amimal enterprise?

you would need planning permission for a kennel/cattery and of course the buildings and this would not count as a main animal enterprise as it is not agricultural.
