If 2 parcels of land purchased on seperate dates by the same person which has a bridal path some 6 - 8 meters wide, owned by another person, which runs between the 2 parcels of land, when purchased for planning puposes could I call it 1 plot? or would it still be classed as 2?

Hi Derek i think they will class it as 2 plots because i had a similar problem when putting in a aplication for a stable block in one field and a field shelter in another, they said it was 2 diferent sites and i had to pay twice even though they were only divided by a field gate and a hundered yards.
If you are talking acres wise then aslong as the field you want to build on is 1 ha or more and the other fields are within 5 miles as the crow flies totaling 5 ha then you will be able to use the agricultural route of permitted development but i think you already know this ?
