Hi Derek i think they will class it as 2 plots because i had a similar problem when putting in a aplication for a stable block in one field and a field shelter in another, they said it was 2 diferent sites and i had to pay twice even though they were only divided by a field gate and a hundered yards.
If you are talking acres wise then aslong as the field you want to build on is 1 ha or more and the other fields are within 5 miles as the crow flies totaling 5 ha then you will be able to use the agricultural route of permitted development but i think you already know this ?

Hi Shpie,
thanks for your reply, but 100 yards is a long way, I am talking about a bridal path which is 6 meters wide
regards Derek
