Hi - Sorry if this has already been posted/answered but I've not been able to find it.
Its proving very difficult to find the 'perfect' land within my budget so I'm now looking to do the buy and rent extra combo as detailed in the book - the question I have is is there a limit to the distance between the two locations?

Hi, it has been answered not to worry, the answer is 5 mile radius. All the land needs to be within this radius and when you submit plans this needs to be shown.
