Hi all,
Great to have found this forum, right here goes... I have spotted a small site c.45x45m that is essentially a mess of old world war two concrete sheds with defunct asbestos roofs, nothing worth renovating as in a sorry state all round. The edge of the plot is elder and ash scrub of little ecological value. The site has complete road frontage (minor) and no near neighbours, it has been indicated by a planning consultant that it may be a non-starter in terms of a modest residential dwelling, what do you guys think?? Could it be worth a long term punt??
