just a question if l rented 3 acres part of a larger field of hay  paid the farmer for seeding  and fertilizing and cutting at the same time as he was doing the rest of his can l count that's as the extra 3 acres of land l need to make up my 91/2 acres for pd

If it's within 5 miles of the rest and you can prove it if needed
Not sure you have to specify whats owned and rented on pd form , I can't remember but it shouldn't matter really
Just best to have a need

As to needing the hay have 14 Shetland's 15 alpacas' 36 American black belly sheep 16 pygmy goats 2 donkey's micro pigs approx. 200 chickens and ducks, go through a large roll of hay a week so do need the hay why 1 was wondering as we don't have the equipment to do the work would it still be considered that we were working the land

The pd asks for the entire size of the holding.... Doesn't ask if any if it is rented
