Hi all.

 

Hi dose anyone know how to do a online land transfer? or do forms need filling in? if so does anyone have a copy of how to do this regards M

What sort of transfer do you mean?

 

If you mean a transfer of ownership? The Land Registry is where a register of ownership of land is kept, but it might be a bit more than just a form - that would be treated as a sale and a purchase. Plenty of taxes to be considered - Stamp Duty, Capital gains, Inheritance tax etc etc
