Hi all,

 

Hope someone can help me...the enforcement officer is quoting the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 where he is saying that there is now the provision for temporary use of the land for 28 days in total in any calendar year and this has now been exceeded?

 

Has the law changed? I also said to him that it is used for seasonal use, lambing, farrowing, kidding, foaling etc and health and safety dry place to change, wash, eat etc and also there for the enjoyment of the land etc etc... but no, he says I have 4 weeks to put a planning app in or remove it or face the consequences!

 

Any help or advice greatly appreciated!
