I don't think there is a more impenetrable corporation than Open Reach. I'd have more joy trying to speak to someone in MI6. They have created a corporate firewall around themselves: try to contrive an emergency around the situation based on their responsibilities, however fictitious, and you might get a bit of joy.

just found that out ..you can NOT get any further with the form UNLESS you agree to pay for the work to be carried out…there is no way i am contracting to them…if needs be, i will dig the cable up and throw it in the hedge….just looking through the weyleaves …..on the land purchase,

AT LAST…got to speak to a human…well i think she was,…told them the cable was sticking out of the hedge, which it is….they want to make sure its one of theirs….thats good, because nothing showed up in the searches and there is no way leave in place
