Hi there.
Basically we were served an enforcement notice for the caravan back in 2013. It took until early 2014 when we were invited to put in planning permission and the enforcement notice held in obeyence until a decision was made. October 2014 the PA was refused based on the fact we had supplied no financial reports and for various other spurious reasons like they used planning policy for PERMANANT residential use rather than for TEMPORARY use. However I digress, we were told we could resubmit the application within a year if we could overcome these reasons, which we have done (written up a solid business plan, looked up the local planning policy and written how we comply etc). We gave this in as a resubmission Dec 2014 and immediately received a phone call from enforcement requesting a meeting, whereby she had the resubmission in her hand and said that they wouldn't look at it and that the enforcement order would not be held in obeyence if we resubmitted only if we took it to appeal.
So is this correct? We are very nearly ready to submit the appeal, however would have preferred to resubmit first but have not been given the chance....I'm now stuck ad I'm not sure if she was telling the truth and wether we should fight for our right to resubmit first.
