Hi I am looking at purchasing a field of 25 acres, it is a roads width away from the boundry of an AONB. Does anyone know if i could potentially get planning or is it too close to boundary. Thanks

Hi
If the land is not designated as an AONB then it it does not matter if it is a metre or 100 miles away away from it in planning terms it would be unaffected and you could get planning permission on it.

Hi
The majority of North Devon is AONB Look on NDDC website planning section you will see that you can still get permission especially seeing as it is an Agricultural area, look at their policy on Agricultural Workers Dwellings
