is there more probs with f2f land in a conservation aera,as im looking at an acre at the mo with buildings etc and can rent more nearby, ust want to know if there are more restriction  as to a field .

A conservation area is what it says. You may find that you have to go for full planning, but perhaps you should look at the council website and see what they have allowed in the way of planning in your area.
