Wanted- 1-3 acres land in W.Cornwall, in any condition (apart from mine shafts !) To develop smallholding/ market garden project involving young people. Cornish family, with £30,000 cash available.

My dream land would be half a mile down a track, with stream, copse, and granite ruin,  "a project for renovation".

Good luck finding that kerrycelt.Land does become available near Lands End,I think the agent is Lodge and Thomas.
