Hello all haven't been on the site for a while as have, in the last 6 months been moving into our tenant farm.  Obviously still lots to do but need some advice.

 

Firstly, we still own our 8 acres but have now acquired 4.5 acres with the farm which is 10.3 miles by road, 8.3 by foot and approximately 7 miles as the crow flies.

 

Both have separate CPH numbers.  Can I utilise the acreage for the 28 day notice?

Yes, all going well, tough job rebuilding half decayed barn, pig stys, etc but all good.  Got my first lot of sheep - Coloured Rylands and they are fantastic!

Congrats MV...but I think Tim is right about the 5 miles....mind you,...you could always get hold of the necessary form and see what questions are asked cos they might not realise that your parcels of land are too far apart.

I would suggest renting another field half way between the two sites.
