Can you amend GPDO Prior Approvals

Does anyone have examples of GPDO prior approvals which have been approved under the 28 day rule and then being slightly amended?

 

EG. Barn foot print small change from 70 x 30 to 60 x40, building materials change from wooden stock boards to concrete panels or concrete blocks

 

Very interested as i think i may need to make a new application
