Waste and chalk aquifer

We are on top of a chalk aquifer.  The new mobile home is under construction ( the cheapest option ) and it looks as though the fall isn't going to be enough to use the current septic tank. 

Rather than pumping the sewage it would be simpler to put a new system in.  I appreciate that the Environmemt Agency can give the best advice on what they will deem appropriate, but, before getting too official I wondered whether anyone could give me any guidance.  I have spoken with some system manufacturers, but no one is willing to second guess the EA.
