Good morning everyone,
I have been enforced on again, the LPA had won the last one as we had brought the container onto the land originally for equine use. We took the container from the site for a period of time and then brought the container back on to the land for agri purposes, that was about 2 years ago.
I have now appealed the enforcement again and am now required to submit statement. I would really appreciate assistance in what to put in the statement.
We use the container for animal foods, pigs goats and fowl (when the foxes haven't killed them), storage of tools, machinery (generator, drills etc) deisel tank/storage, medicines and harnesses for the harness broken horses/ponies. Some smaller land managed items ie small harrows for horses/ponies to work the land as these are easily picked up and could be stolen to weigh in.
I am not sure what format the statement should take and would appreciate any assistance in providing a well set out and thought about statement.
