What else is the land being used for?
Horses that are used on the land for plowing or forestry do not require you to change use of the land to equine as they are deemed to be agricultural/forestry equipment as they are working animals.

It is a 150 acre farm under Higher Level environmental stewardship - we have woodland management plan in final stages of approval with forestry commission, bit of arable, cattle and sheep owned by other farmers but grazing/in barns and plans for educational access
