Hi Dave,
I have an opportunity to buy a 14 acre site with a derelict barn.
I plan to apply for planning consent to replace the derelict barn with a 3 bed house.
If this planning application fails, I intend to follow the plan in your book and rebuild the barn.
Is this an ok/advisable course of action?
