Hi there, me again.
If i wanted to put a summer house next to my mobile home in order to sell my produce to the public, in essence start a farmshop would i have to get planning permission for this or is it the same as putting a shed in your garden?
Kind Regards
Lucinda

As I understand it you do not need planning permission to put up a farm shop if you are selling your own produce. How this is affected by how much processing of your produce you do I am not sure. You certainly need permission if you are selling any bought in stuff (although I would imagine there to be a small percentage you could get away with).
Anyone else with more precise info?
