Selling food in a farm shop

Hi there everyone,

I'm thinking of opening a farmshop and selling homemade produce, jams, meat, veg, deli items etc but i dont know where i stand on 'use by dates' and food hygene.

Does anyone know how i should go about it?

A food hygiene course and a chat with your local environmental health officer (probably the latter first though!).
