Hi
I have just bought the book after stumbling on your web site by chance. I found it fascinating reading after several brushes with planners over the years. Wish I had the book 15 years ago.

My question is, I already have some land which I would like to live the dream. However, it is spread over 4 separate parcels of land which make well over the criterea required for the barn and all within the required distance. Any 3 of the four make up the area required so I could effectively leave one out. If I built a barn and lived on one plot of land but did not pass the test, could I then try again on another one of the plots which is not connected. Two are within one county and the other two in the next county.

Is there a limit to the amount of times you can try to live of the land.

Regards

Hi
Yes you can try as many times as you like, i would suggest that you try again on another piece of land in another county.
