Hi,

We hope to be buying land later this year and we're just looking at ways of earning extra money which leads me to a couple of questions about certified sites:-

If you use land for a certificated site does it then become rateable?

Does the exemption certificate or The Public Health Act 1936 give you any rights regarding toilet facilities or do you need to apply for permission for anything other than a mobile toilet?

If the council etc object and the Caravan Club/Camping and Caravan Club reject you because of this can you still have scouts etc. and tents and does this affect the 28 days a year rule for up to 3 caravans?

Cheers,

Greenmeadow
