Hi Dave,
Just looked at the planning history of our site and an application was turned down in 1976 RA 1 & RD 5 were amongst the reasons given. Can you explain what these mean.
Interestingly his application was based on a holding with 4 horses and 1 cow, I like an optomist!!

These are old numbers relating to general policy on planning roughly translated means he has not satisfied the planners by complying with the relevant tests to gain planning permission.
