There are a couple of solutions to satisfying this issue. On ebay you will see various Portacabins for sale varying in price but a block could probably be bought for a grand. Our set up is unusual as we only have two students on site at any one time. Because of this we bought a portable loo, the sort you see on building sites up and down the country. This unit is fully H&S complient for up to 10 people and of course others can be added. It has a handwash facility and we have added hand sanitiser. These are emptied by a contractor but could be pumped into a septic tank.
These units are again on Ebay for around £250 S/H and some go for considerably less. Due to demand for our services we bought a brand new one for £750 inc VAT but shop around we were quoted £950 & £1200 for the same unit.
As they are all portable they do not need planning.
