Hi all, after a bit of advice. I have 7 acres of agricultural land which i use for grazing for my horses.there is a horse lorry which for the last 12 years has been stationary and used for a rest room and staying overnight when needed. I received a letter telling me the planning people were coming for a site visit amid concerns it is being lived in. They wish to see inside my vehicle and sheds and inspect the land. I have no idea what to expect or how much they can poke around inside my property. Also there is now the added concern for myself that the drainage septic tank which was in before i bought the land has no permission and I was unaware of this till recently. Any advice gratefully received! Thanks
