Flipping heck Che you've gone through the mill there, your son sounds like he's made of stern stuff, well done indeed for persevering.
Lets go 2019 it's going to be a great year.
Its such a shame that random people turn up on forum for advice then don't give any feedback for how their situation went but it's a tough process so maybe they get mangled by the planners and just stop.

Despite the tough times the Care Farm has remained open and has provided an income for over 9 years so we have covered the sustainable aspect.
