Hi I will need to harrow and roll my fields (when it stops raining of course) does anyone know if those rollers that you fill with ballast / sand / water are any good - we don't have a massive amount of land (6 acres) but it has been particularly churned up by horses over the winter. I also need to harrow so again what should I be looking for - I really don't want a massive one as I will need to handle it myself - looking for something that will connect to a quad bike or a small Kubota tractor - any ideas / advice.

Friend of mine swears by the water fill ones, not done it myself by Imagine there can't be a major difference between them, suppose you need something you can govern how much weight goes into it if you only have a compact tractor, I think you can buy purpose made compact tractor rollers......
