could a group of people (not all going to live on land )buy a large plot
say 60+ acres ,may be as a company / llp
then some of the owners / others lease there plots off the main owner to start there quest ?
main issue is that planning will throw a fit and most of the tenants are the original land owners & can you use a cpmany to by and sub divide thisway

If you read the book and then search through all the answers on this community website you will eventually find the answers to your question. You are asking things that have already been asked before in different guises. That is why I am not asking a similar question as the answers have already been given to us.

Ray not exactly what you are talking about but google tinkers bubble, more of a sustainable group but if you look into how they got permission and at their management plan it gives usefull tips on things to take into account, and highlight considerations and valid reasons when you are planning to set something up.Regards DerekPumpkinEater i have read the book several times and yes i have looked through the threads

Hi Ray
Think the post PumpkinEater refers to is post entitled "Land Division" By Vandamain hope this helps. I too have difficulty keeping up with the amount of information flowing on this site. Thankfully other members with better memories have helped me out. Hopefully this community spirit will prevail on the site.
