Not sure if some of the oldies remember me, but started this journey 5 years ago.
I went to the book ! and managed to stay on my land in my caravan for the last 5 years to build my barn.
I have been wondering where they were LOL, but nobody came a knocking until now !
I just kept my head down, while trying to build up my business, to which now have a reasonable business with cattle, pigs etc.
I have been left a calling card - saying basically time is up and need to put in for further planning, or move off.
So after managing for five years (Very lucky) with just the odd phone call and letter - now about to put in for a temporary dwelling for the three years.
A little advice needed before putting in paperwork if possible, anybody put in for a successful 3 year temp approval - any good guides before putting it in.
And 1 important question isn't it that you don't have to prove income until you apply for permanent, we are based in wales so still need to apply for temp agricultural dwelling.
