HI,I've got 6.7 acres of agricultural land for sale.it has borehole water,electric and a septic tank.it is stream bordered,with a small orchard and a spring fed pond. it does have a no living enforcement notice on it,however my lorry has been static on there for over 8 years and I've had no bother.only selling as can no longer keep up with the maintenance on the land.it is a beautiful place,opposite woodlands so plenty of deer and birds to see.
