So I was driving a long minding my own business the other day when I say something that triggered a response in me that went something like "im buggered if they have the proper consent for that," ordinarily thats where I would have thought about it and forgotten about it in an instant.

 

It dawned on me that if everyone complained about everything little thing they saw that breached the rules or they thought breached the rules, how long would it take before the councils enforcement department ground to halt???

 

Like most council departments they have had cutbacks and they obliged to investigate all complaints

 

wouldn't take long to overload them i am sure......if one was able to identify lets say 30/50 breaches a day and write letters in about said breaches, they might not find the time to investigate the alleged breaches on ones farm...
