! applied for planning permission to build a barn on my 5 hectare piece of land under the GENERAL PERMITTED DEVELOPMENT ORDER 1995 SCHEDULE 2 PARTS 6 & 7.

The application has gone through with all the right plans and drawings.I posted recorded on the 5th feb 2014.The form was returned to me as i ticked the wrong box 11 days later,I then recorded the form back the same day.The decision was made on the 18th march by the LPA saying the permission has been granted for the barn but you will have to put in a full planning application for a mobile home and a sewage plant.

This was granted under NOTICE THAT SUBMISSION OF DETAILS NOT REQUIRED.WHAT DOES THIS MEAN PLEASE.
