Interesting point.Any building erected under part 6 under PD rights and sbsequently ceases to be required for agriculture within 10 years of construction(not sure if that is planning granted or completion if going down the field to farm route which quite frankly wont work as I havent heard of anyone who has done it)should be removed !!!!.That sort of puts pay to anyone wanting to use the redundant building part of the NPFP to convert a barn,also it means if you applied you would shoot yourself in the foot as effectively telling the LPA that you dont need your building anymore so they could insist you remove it !!!.Very serious implications
